software program? Have a Techie install your new program, or troubleshoot and repair, and then customise it to your needs, with all the critical updates included.
Software Installation Package
Technicians will install your new program, or troubleshoot and repair one program. Technicians will also customise it for you. After installation, your software will be updated with any needed information. Tech will also test the software suite for proper functionality. Software not included.
Terms of Service*:
- For on-site services, a person that is over 18 years of age must be present during the entire time the technician is on your premises.
- The technician must have access to your residence or business, your consent and cooperation to enter, and full access to the computer and/or electronic gadgets needing service.
- Techs-2-You reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
- Additional charges will apply if parts, hardware, and/or software upgrades are needed to complete the requested service.
- Any necessary parts and/or software purchased for repair is subject to their individual warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
- Techs-2-You guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. This guarantee only applies to possible difficulties with the specific service you have received. Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the service warranty and will incur further charges.
