Monthly System Monitoring and Scanning

We will remotely access your PC once a month and scan for security imageproblems, viruses and spyware. We will remove any spyware and viruses we find and resolve any security problems we encounter. If there is a problem that requires us to come to you, there is no trip charge and any services performed are done at a discounted rate, 10% off our usual rates. Combine this with our monthly membership plan and get 20% off our usual rates.

**Computer must be equipped with Anti-Virus and Anti-spyware software. If you’re computer does not have Anti-Virus and Anti-spyware software installed you can purchase our Security and Performance package for only $129 (usually $199).

Terms of Service*:

  1. For on-site services, a person that is over 18 years of age must be present during the entire time the technician is on your premises.
  2. The technician must have access to your residence or business, your consent and cooperation to enter, and full access to the computer and/or electronic gadgets needing service.
  3. Techs-2-You reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.
  4. Additional charges will apply if parts, hardware, and/or software upgrades are needed to complete the requested service.
  5. The customer is responsible for licensed operating system software and restore software, if needed to complete a service.
  6. Any necessary parts and/or software purchased for repair is subject to their individual warranty supplied by the manufacturer. 
  7. Techs-2-You guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed. This guarantee only applies to possible difficulties with the specific service you have received.  Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or products serviced void the service warranty and will incur further charges.
